"good inbox results so far"
so far, my emails have mostly been landing in the inbox instead of spam, which is exactly what i was hoping for. bounces have stayed low too, and getting everything set up was easier than i expected. i haven’t run into any major deliverability issues yet.

"Good value, but it can creep up"
I’ve been using Mailchimp for a while with a small list, and for what I needed, it’s been fine. The free plan was helpful early on, and once I moved to paid, it didn’t feel unreasonable, at least for the stuff I was actually using.
The main thing is the pricing can jump faster than you expect when your contacts start growing. I might’ve missed some details on the plan limits or how they count contacts, but it’s definitely something to keep an eye on. Overall though, it’s still useful and easy enough to figure out.

"Pretty easy to get the hang of"
Mailchimp was easy to figure out, honestly. Setting up emails and lists didn’t take me long, and I wasn’t stuck Googling every little step, which was nice

"Quick help, problem solved"
Had an email setup issue. Kind of annoying at first. Reached out to support and they got back to me fast. No endless back and forth, which was nice. They figured it out, I made the changes, and it worked. Happy with how easy it was.

"Mailchimp quietly handles my follow-up emails"
I started using mailchimp mostly because I needed help with email automation, it’s been a big time-saver. I set up a few welcome emails and follow-ups without too much trouble, which was nice because I’m not super technical. Now it kind of just runs in the background while I focus on other things, and I don’t have to keep reminding myself to send every little email. So far, it’s been really reliable.
